Displaying an image on this website, in Google Images, on social media, or within a search result does not place that photograph in the public domain and does not grant permission for reuse.

How to Request a License
Include enough information for the requested rights to be evaluated accurately.
Identify the Photograph
Provide the image title, direct page URL, filename, screenshot, or another clear reference to the photograph.
Describe the Intended Use
Explain where the image will appear, whether the use is editorial or commercial, the expected audience, and how the image will be presented.
Provide the Usage Scope
Include the publication or organization name, distribution territory, duration, approximate circulation or reach, placement, print quantity, and requested exclusivity.
Receive Written Terms
Approved use will be documented in a written license identifying the photograph, permitted use, restrictions, credit requirement, duration, territory, and applicable fee.
General Licensing Terms
These general terms apply unless a separate written license states otherwise.
No License Without Written Approval
A request, inquiry, payment discussion, verbal conversation, social message, or attribution alone does not grant permission. A license is effective only after Apex Exposure Media provides written approval describing the authorized use.
License Scope
A license grants only the rights expressly identified in writing. All rights not specifically granted remain with Apex Exposure Media.
Attribution
Unless otherwise agreed, licensed uses must include the credit: “Apex Exposure Media” in a reasonably visible location near the image or within the publication’s standard credit section.
No Ownership Transfer
Licensing does not transfer copyright ownership. The photograph remains the intellectual property of its copyright owner.
No Sublicensing or Redistribution
Licensed images may not be resold, sublicensed, transferred, distributed as standalone files, uploaded to stock libraries, or supplied to unrelated third parties unless the written license expressly permits it.
No Misleading Use
Images may not be used in a deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading manner or in a way that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or factual circumstances not shown in the photograph.
Alterations
Cropping and routine formatting may be permitted when they do not materially distort the work. Significant editing, compositing, artificial alteration, removal of credits, or creation of derivative works requires specific approval.
Artificial Intelligence and Dataset Use
Photographs may not be scraped, collected, reproduced, analyzed, or included in datasets for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or developing artificial-intelligence or machine-learning systems without a separate written agreement expressly authorizing that use.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use may result in a request for immediate removal, retroactive licensing charges, damages, legal costs, or other remedies available under applicable law.
